Tailored coaching with personal feedback

With personal guidance from Jelske, you’ll experience growth and clarity in ear training and improvisation — boosting your confidence, creativity, and joy in making music.

Each session is shaped around your personal learning goals, such as:

  • Creating a fun and effective practice routine.

  • Applying the Improvise for Real (IFR) method to your repertoire.

  • Developing your ear: recognising melodies, the key of music, or chord progressions by ear.

For musicians using the IFR method

I offer private coaching for musicians who work with the IFR method, either through my own courses or the official IFR platform. You can choose from the following options:

  • One-off coaching session: Choose a single 1-on-1 session to support your online workshop.
  • Your favorite song: Collaborate in a series of 1-on-1 sessions to master a piece of your choice. I provide customised lesson materials, such as sheet music, backing tracks, soloing techniques, and a practice plan to truly master the piece.
  • Value package: Benefit from structure, focus, and maximum growth by opting for a series of 10 private coaching sessions.
